Why a Certificate in Instructional Design

Currently the job market for instructional designers is strong and appears to be growing. A scan of several Internet job search sites listed over 500 vacancies in instructional design. Student interest, especially international students, in the area of instructional design is high. Students understand that companies, universities, and non-profits are attempting to capitalize on the next “killer app,” E-learning, and that instructional design skills will place them in a unique position to benefit from this need.
